According with Article 77 of the Articles of Association and
Article 12 of the Regulations of the Board of Directors, Jazztel
p.l.c. has appointed the following advisory Committees made
up exclusively of Directors. These two Committees shall have
powers of information, advice and proposal in the matters
determined by the following articles. The power of the Committees
to make proposals does not exclude the power of the Board
to decide on these matters on its own initiative once it has
obtained a report from the appropriate Committee.
